I’ve always said the best part of writing is meeting and visiting with so many friendly and interesting people. The 2025 book tour is no exception. What an honor it was to be invited by the Pacific Flyway Decoy Association to hold a book signing at this year’s wildfowl art festival in Sacramento.
Kathy and I had the opportunity to meet some of the most gifted wildlife artists in the country. We were in awe as we perused the gallery and watched these masters of their craft carve and delicately paint lifelike waterfowl, raptors, songbirds, shorebirds, and fish of all sizes and colors.
So many wonderful people stopped by our table to visit and to celebrate the release of my latest novel, The Outlaw from Newville, the second book in my Game Warden Henry Glance series. Thank you so much to our many new friends, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts to our old friends who came from far and wide to support my writing. It meant the world to us.
Kathy and I would like to express our sincere appreciation to the PFDA leaders and organizers for your gracious and welcoming hospitality. We had a ball!
My next scheduled event is a book signing at the Chico Barnes & Noble, Saturday, August 23, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We would love to see you there!
